it's talking about everything thats sick and messed up in the world, how people are influenced by other people, how people get depressed and lose themselves, when she says push out, sell out it's in refrence to getting rid of whats sick. so when you actually understand it in the intended context...it makes sense. but most people dont really get the full meaning of the song.
