From the time that they start createing the clouds, you have "about" 20 minutes to find them on the ground doing it. They run it for about 20 minutes.

Also where they show up on the satellite/radar is not the "exact" location where they are creating the clouds ... that is where they are "condensing" in the atmosphere.

You have to go downwind from there to find them actually using the equipment, but you only have about 20 minutes from when it "starts" to find them ... it is mobile.

The various haarp technologies determine if it grows or falls apart, they also guide/direct the storms once they spawn the clouds.

excellent catch! Very nice footage of what is going on.

They do not "always" grow though ... they grow no matter what, but whether or not they become severe is determined by two things.

1)If the system draws it into itself ... it will become severe and last for a very long time.

1b) If it is NOT pulled into the system, they eventually fizzle out

2) The other thing that determines it is the Various HAARP technologies... if it runs into E.L.F. signals, or NEXRAD signals, that guides it.

@StrangeMountainSkies because it is a huge swamp interconnected farm and lowland forest the water is taking a while to get thru it and is yet to crest. Because of this warning i went out to pick up a little, (installing a metal roof on my house because of a crazy storm fallen tree 2 months ago) It was a very strange site, clear starry sky with a really low cloud just exploding in growth. Really cool looking but scarry. I need to learn to upload to youtube. Waronerror thanks for your warning.

They have been practicing with haarp for last two decades....fine tuning....figuring out how make storm systems work together.....and this year these evil artists are about to paint there masterpeice....and with elenin making there job 100X's easier....yeah good luck to us...where gonna need it......but my luck had never been that great so im gonna have to place all my bets on Jesus Christ
