The most shocking part of this story is that it sounds like this cop actually got into some kind of trouble. Usually they can do the most criminal things and when found out, the worst that happens is they get 2 weeks without pay. On that same note, I can guarantee you that if there weren't any living witnesses to his crime (in this case, the woman) and only fellow officers knew what he'd done, the public would have never heard about it. After all, cops gotta stick together.
