  • wow... what a nice surprise to see someone put this to video.... really great job with the visuals... well I'm off now to check out your other clips!

  • Many thanks for the nice comment!

  • Love the tripped out temple at 3:26

  • It's actually the Gol Gumbaz, located in the city of Bijapur, southern India.

  • You know, I sort of think that this song would be great for dancing to. I haven't really tried dancing to it yet, but I have an idea of what the dance will be like (mostly improvisational).

  • I guess the dance would be fairly slow and spiritual. Perhaps someone can make a video of themselves dancing to 'Soma Holiday' ;)

  • I love this album- and this video complements it well. Did the band G.O.L do anything else before or after this album? And where's the singer now?!

  • Very nice!!! I like the part with the tired travelllers waiting ... reminds me of my trip to India...

  • heard this on 'chill' on sirius radio today. cool stuff. diggin the brave new world reference too

  • Thanks a lot for uploading this!

  • Awesome! Been years sinci I listened to this. Had volumes 1 and 2 on vinyl and 3 on CD thrashed to death. Cheers

  • Look, "Love the tripped out temple", comment by Tibbenham. Would that actually be THE Mark Tibbenham from GOL? I have Sensations of Tone and love the album, its timeless and has been a favourite of mine for many years. I've read that some people pay over 200 Euro to get a copy of the CD now.

  • the graphic flowers look like there from 1994. i love your video btw!

  • @bobtis I can tell you .... you can find this great song on the One AD compilation

  • Great song. Look up Soma on Wikipedia for some fascinating reading.

  • Where the music of the radio

Was a labyrinth of sonorous colours

To a bright centre of absolute convicton

    Where the dripping patchouli

    Was more than scent

    It was a sun.
