Keep preaching. People usually hate being preached to. Preaching to people about how sinful and unworthy they are is helpful because it makes them look for a healthy alternative. Like the words of Ralph Waldo Emerson : "Don't quote. Tell me what you know."

You can teach Paul Washer a few things
He makes soul salvation so difficult to obtain I sadly wonder how few he may bring to salvation..?
I wish he would explain how one gets saved; tell the diff between the mental ascent [false] and the ascension of the heart [true soul salvation].
Instead he pounds the pulpit on how difficult soul salvation is! YIKES!!!
Praise Jesus!!! for paving the way ; for all men need do is ask and freely receive the gift He offers us. Amen

Yes, I have a HARD time distinguishing exactly what Paul Washer's message really is. It is confusing to me and I've been a Christian since 1975. I can only imagine how confusing it must be to new believers and to those who are searching for the truth.
