question here: i've finished the game at least 5 times now on all difficulties.

i'm pretty sure i've picked the red dot sight 3x scope up on my first playthrough.

the problem is, that i don't have it and it isn't in that spot anymore. does anyone else have that same problem? and or maybe a solution?? thnx in advance.

@AmbuscadeKing It's in the room in the hospital where the doctor has to open it for you. You get him to open it by doing all the good morality choices up to that point. i.e. don't shoot the tiger, don't shoot the contact don't kill anyone.

You had to make straight positive choices up to the Doctor point. He will unlock a weapons closet and in it is the G18.
