This is the first presentation of the vehicle designed and constructed by the Aristotle Racing Team 7 (ART7), a group of under- and post-graduate students and faculty advisors of the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. The team will participate in the Formula SAE competition to be held at the Ferrari Fiorano Racetrack in Italy on 21-23 September, 2007. Formula SAE is competition that challenges teams of university undergraduate and graduate students to conceive, design, fabricate and compete with small, formula style, autocross racing cars. It encourages them in their creativity attitudes, know-how and team spirit.
