Thermography detects heat. Heat does not inherently equal cancer. It can not in any way replace mammography. Don't delude yourself into thinking otherwise.

There is substantial evidence that mammograms are not accurate in detecting cancer, AND the radiation exposure increases the risk of cancer even more. Furthermore, women with dense breast tissue face two problems: 1) Excruciatingly pain --why isn't anyone talking more about this-- and 2) Confusing tests results. Cancer Prevention Coalition Chairman Samuel S. Epstein, M.D. says annual screening over 10 yrs. exposes women to at least 8 times greater radiation than FDA's "cancer risk" level.
