@RebelGuy95 The states didn't give these rights to the federal government. They granted them the power, provided they did not abuse it. From where I am sitting the federal government has and continues to over step its granted power, they have to remember the reason We the People created the government. The government did not give us any rights we let them use them or a permitted uses. So we can take them back anytime we like. You need to understand that We the People are the true power.

@RebelGuy95 Have you read the Treaty of 1783 the king treats with each state as Sovereigns and only recognizes the United States as a separate thing and grants the people of these state freedom and sovereignty plus the Articles of the Confederacy are still valid the Constitution made it so (Article VI) “All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.”
