You have to check out Damien's 'Other Voices 2002' version of this song. It's shorter but he puts so much more feelings in it.

the best version of this song is the made by L Cohen in his Live in London album... this one is good (D Rice), and even better the versions of Rufus and Jeff... but none can sing it like the master Cohen

Rufus's version is disingenuous considering he's a poofter singing how beautiful a woman is....not credible.
