  • Really appreciated the clarity of the demonstration and explanation, thankyou.

  • Fantastic video!

  • nice vid, my only question is would you also try a backwards redondo if you missed your first "defang the snake" strike? or is it your preference to always pull back and follow up with that downward strike after the hand has passed?

  • thank you for sharing.

  • Wow awsome video and concept. I had some questions about further aplications for different weapon styles. For example could you use the same concept with some of the chinese weapons like swords?

  • A lot of wisdom in the young guy.

  • IMOA if you aim for the lower portion of the long weapons on a diagnal forehand strike with an opposing forehand diagnal strike your target becomes larger than aiming for just the hand and you acomplish 2 things you reduse the oncoming momentum and the chance of striking the hand is better because if you dont imideatly strike the hand, your weapon will ride down his blade and right onto his hand.

  • Hey BladeNstick, I noticed the Atienza trainers as well as the way he transfer the trainer to another individual.

As a Sayoc kali player, I can only conclude that, he in some way has contacts with both the Sayoc's and Atienza's. For instance the waving guard that is a Atienza concept found in evolution one. Where I train, we are an official Sayoc and Atienza kali school. Nontheless, he is doing truly an excellent job.
