Methamphetamine has reached epidemic status on the Navajo Nation within the past two years. Up close and personal interviews with Navajo methamphetamine addicts and recovering addicts allow the viewer to see and hear the painful stories these people have to tell about their addiction to the drug. Additional interviews with Tuba City Senior Criminal Investigator Greg Adair, Indian Health Service Doctor Thomas J. Drewhard, and Navajo Nation Vice President Frank Dayish, Jr., bring a more in-depth view of how methamphetamine is affecting the communities, families, and people of the Navajo Nation.

  • how do mennonites prevent the drug/alcohpl problems in their communities? learn from them?-schools is where kids are abused by teachers, etc, mothers/grandmothers are disempowered & drugs are learned/bought

  • HIC INDIA 2005- recommended that religious excess lands be transferred to womens FARM collectives-to prevent sex assauls/marital prostitution/rape of women & children/overpopulation/forced sex-pregnancies & joblessness &homelessness/MALNUTRITION/deforestation thru books/no water

  • Good luck Brah

  • shut the f up ....dumb want-a-be ..sick of this crap ...can't believe you call your self dine'......

  • they say that going back on the drugs after trying to quit is part of the getting off process. sometimes it takes a few tries before you end the bad habit for ever. you learn new lows from continuing the nasty habit and you remember that bad life and think oh not that shit again, i was miserable, i had a bad life, etc, then u get off it again. then u start it off again, cos u stillhave those thought patterns of having the comfort of taking the drug, but the life is shit and u dont go anywhere.

  • Most of everyone would be too ashamed or infatuated by their own pride to get over themselves and get past how embarassing their past decisions have created their destruction, but this man has overcome that folly and decided to use his own mistake to benefit and warn his community of the dangers of meth.

  • proud of what you dumb shit
