I've been using Trello since shortly after it was developed. These guys have done an amazing job. I use it all the time now for both work and personal projects. The fact that you can incorporate it with things like Jira via commercial plugins is also really cool in fact I much prefer using trello to using the grasshopper plugin.

We're currently using At-Task. My colleagues and Project Managers hate this tool. I don't know if this would work for our company but I'll try to present it to my manager. I'm a mobile software tester that works in the Agile/Lean environment.
