For the very first time in Los Angeles... FREELAND (the live band project from DJ and producer Adam Freeland) performed live for a hometown crowd at The Echo on Friday May 22, 2009.
There is something about live instruments combined with electronic elements that will shake your bones in a live setting. They tore that place apart ;)
Here they rock their way from "Hate" into the new single called "Do You" which is INSANELY catchy... I can't seem to get it out of my head.
It can be found on their upcoming album Cope™ which showcases a bevy of talent. Produced by Adam Freeland and Alex Metric (who readied the crowd with a DJ set at The Echo gig) the album incudes Tommy Lee on drums, Twiggy Ramirez on bass, guitar work by Joey Santiago and Tony Bevilacqua, vocals by Brody Dalle, Gerry from DEVO and FREELAND's new frontman Kurt Baumann.
