Shane is performing a 95 lb clean to front squat to overhead press, affectionately dubbed "my favorites" by a former client of mine when I trained at Crunch, followed by kettle bell swings with a 24 kg kettle bell. It is important to note that Shane failed on the 6th "favorites" movement one week ago. Now that what I call progress!
