  • @tredeep That's nice for Citroën ! But you have in the U.S cool car that we can't get here in France! Too bad for us too.

  • hat der ne Straßenzulassung?

  • @hortenIX Yes, it's selling. Because it's a customer's racing car which means any rally driver with a budget can buy one and race.

Yes, it's street legal. Actually, all rally racing cars need to be so. Even WR cars like DS3 WRC have number plates.

So, technically, if you insist you are a rally driver and show Citroen Racing money, you could buy one, and then use it to go to a supermarket near you.

But go watch?v=n57wx_P5zAs and think twice. That's how this car should be used.

  • @CaldeAilis yes the r3, i though they are right now selling exactly this one & not only for racing purpose, for 90000 euros..

  • @hortenIX Come on, you have to know we are not talking about normal, daily use, you-can-find-one-anywahere DS3 here. It's a special modified version of DS3 for rally racing, and rally racing only. "R3" is one of FIA's racing car category.

  • @CaldeAilis lol.. it sells very good in france, and you can drive it for dayly use..

  • @suprazing Whatever, just try buy one. It's still a pure competition car which is needed to have number plates just because of rally regulations. You should not buy one for any other purpose, and Citroen sport wouldn't want you to ride it if you are going to use it for a street racing or something like that. I'm pretty sure they won't sell it to you if you don't have appropriate racing license and proper rally plans. Most people don't have those, so they can't, and shouldn't buy this car.

  • @CaldeAilis Of course you can get these cars. They have general automobile regsitrations as any usual car. They have to be registrated like normal cars, because on a rally you have to drive on non-closed roads, too!

  • "kundensport" ^^
