KaixRei-When They Were Young

Just wanna explain this AMV for a moment:

Okay, I bet some of you are wondering why I chose this song. Most people who have read the manga, and you know who you are, may understand what I'm getting at.
Rei, assuming Dr.K is really his mom, had a fairly tough life. His father is either presumed dead or left him. His mom left him for science, and had to spend the rest of his life around an unreal family and devoted the ret of his life to becoming the best beyblader he could be. Which, in my opinion, is his way of "proving himself" to his estranged mother and father. Kai, the lovely little Russian lad, led a slightly more easy life. In the manga, his father leaves him to pursue a career in designing and creating beyblades, leaving Kai with his grandfather and mother, who didn't seem to be too interested in him. He lived the rich lifestyle for a while, then turned away to gain revenge on beyblades, which he blames for his hatred towards his father. That's when he began the bladesharks, and swore to himself that him and the other Sharks would destroy all beyblades. He was being a cruel little bugger ^^;;; So, I listened to this song and thought about the lyrics.

"You sit there if your heartache..."-I think this applied to Rei mostly because he was always striding to be better. This applies to Kai lightly due to the fact that in the back of his mind, he loved his father.

"..Waiting on some beautiful boy to save you from your old ways.." Applies to both of them. I think Rei has obsessive compulsive disorder because he, like I stated, is always reaching for brilliance,and as Hitoshi/Hiro said, that is his greatest weakness.

This also applies to Kai because, like I said, he was a cruel boy. He crushed spirits, destroyed beyblades of the youngest child, and was generally, a total wanker. Sorry, had to say it ^^

They both just wanted someone to love them and not betray them in the back of their mind.

"He doesn't look a thing like Jesus..." If any of these characters resemble Jesus to you, please tell me how. And yes, after the second effect solo, when Kai goes up to Rei in the color-changing scene, he is supposed to be saying the lyrics. This is because this originally protained to just Rei, and not Kai, but I changed some things. So, yeah. I kept that because I liked it.

When I get the Kai vs. Rei episode, I'll make an even nicer one.
