if you plan on doubling the recipe and having the soup for a week. Is it better to cook the tortellini separate? and just add it into the soup when I'm ready to eat or have it sit in the soup for a week?

Well, I guess they are pretty close but paste is stronger than concentrate and has a nicer tomato flavor for such a small amount and it comes in a tube.

If my memory serves me right, Paste is a thick, well, paste of tomato which is pretty much PURE tomato. The concentrate is a reduced tomato puree, I believe.

@st3ic86 Yes he deserves it, but i dont think he should do it. If he enters the tv industry hes show wont be his anymore and they woul start changing things and sensoring everything and the it wouldnt be FoodWishes anymore. Anyone else agree?
