For those who do not know this man Jammeh - a little reminder.
He seized power by force in a military coup from a democratically elected government.
He has absolutely NO medical training whatsoever and is known to have had only a very basic state education in Africa.
He is typical of his type - charming but devious, strong but a bully, clever but a fool, and he has become a laughing stock across the world therefore making the wonderful Gambian people look very foolish....It is very sad...
