Right now i have it charging two car batteries. they started off at around 10v each with very low amps and after around 8 hours they are both almost up to about 12v.

it is very high voltage going into these batteries.

the 7watt floro im using is an understatement. when i use regular 13 or 15 watt floro's they light super bright but only if i have a HV cap kickstarting it, theres still so much current it will light a deep purple or red in them near the contacts.
