Obviously this is a joke! The audio is from Pirates of the Caribbean, on a side note: Sadly, he can't be impeached, he would have to actually be our president first. He isn't even eligible. For those that argue whether he was born in the U.S. or not, whatever, we may never know what is on his real birth certificate. He provided what he claimed was the real one and it clearly shows that his father was not a U.S. citizen, thus making O not a 'natural born citizen, making him ineligible for office.
