The, now infamous, Obama constitution "flaw" quote, now with context! Interpret as you will, comments are allowed on this video. My interpretation: he's saying in America we tend to view certain moral issues as regular problems that we have to compromise on; like with slavery(3/5th as example), gay marriage, the environment, etc. Oh I also interpret that the original clip was edited by desperate republicans to make it sound bad. No matter how much you apologize for this man-child, his opinion is that the constitution is "a charter of negative liberties, it says what the government can't do to you but it doesn't say what it has to do for you". He sees it as an impediment to his socialist view of government, which is precisely why he violates it left and right anytime he can.

He never says what is wrong with the actual Constitution. He just says that at the time it was created, blacks weren't considered equal... which isn't true anymore... he's the President... he's black.

@LibertyorDeath86 I agree. President Obama's actions and policies show that he doesn't care about the Constitution. Obama should be in prison for treason. His flagrant disregard for the Constitution is disgusting.

While I agree that President Obama's comments should be taken in context, it's far more important that we look at his actions: Starting wars unconstitutionally, his socialist reforms, and his signing of the NDAA into law, to name a few. This man obviously has no respect for the U.S. Constitution.

Even in context, this sounds bad.
No where in the Constitution does it specifically differentiate between any race to another. Or between any ethnic background to another. The only reason to point out something is flawed is to change it, or discard it.
I have yet to see anyone show the specific wording in the Constitution that illustrates the flaw Obama was referring to. Do that, and I might concede your point.

He swore to uphold and protect the constitution... so regardless of his opinion of it he has no right changing anything.
The betrayal of the document that this country was founded on is high treason. He is overthrowing the very basic principles that this country was founded on....
