American Airlines Los Angeles Launch Video -- Come Fly With Us

On April 5th we added ten new destinations from LAX including a nonstop flight to Shanghai and nine other US cities. We were so excited we felt like dancing! So, on April 4th, we kicked-off the celebration and danced our way into downtown Los Angeles at the US Bank Plaza. 40 dancers descended down the plaza, taking unsuspecting bystanders by surprise, with a fun and uplifting routine sure to have you tapping your toes.

It's funny reading the comments of people who dislike the airline. So much so they search the airline and decided to leave tasteless comments on this video. But, to my understanding, the airline is rebooting itself with new management, new aircrafts and a new marketing scheme to help boost the more modern professional appeal of this classic carrier. Take care of your employees and your employees will take care of the passengers. Change your customer service model and the airline will be golden

@americanairlines I've been a loyal AAdvantage member since 1996 and have flown AA since birth (1994) and wish to continue to fly my favorite airline but factors like comfort on planes like the fact first class seats on AA are economy on planes of other airlines outside the US. Also the horrid meals need to change. I wish to feel like a guest if I'm paying for that so a good meal and good friendly service in a nice comfortable seat. I simply wish to be proud of my favorite airline. -Andrew Iorio

I'm adding a "thumbs up" to one of the top comments, because I have been a loyal AAdvantage member since 2002, but in that time I've seen a massive decline in service and a spike in prices.

Personally, I loved the video. It was uplifting and fresh, which is what advertising should be... but it didn't tell us much about your routes from LAX.

My advice: ditch the cashless cabins (my money is not good here???) and check bags for free.

Love the song! Way to go Jeremy Fisher. Too choreographed to look real, though. But nice song.
