Leaving for Kruger from home in Johannesburg

It's a winter morning (June 2010) and we are about to drive to Kruger National Park on the northern border of South Africa from our house in Craighall Park in Johannesburg. It will be a drive of over 500 kms but we should reach in about 6 hours -- the last stretch on unpaved roads meant for 4 wheel drives, hopefully being greeted by some game (giraffes and zebras will do for starters!). See Dushyant Tak in the car before the garage opens, even as Dipali get the last of the packing complete..
