Attempted to run 17-18 psi and had 110/93 oct mix in the tank. Blew vacuum line off the intake and was running very rich with little timing advance. Logs show 16.6 psi but not sure what happened. Didnt like the race gas. Lots more left in it

  • Quick car man. I've got a 84 with a TT 427 lsx from Nelson racing engines that makes 1655hp at 36.5lbs of boost at it's max. How much hp is your motor making?

  • @ls1camaro1984 I think I'm between 800 and 900 at the motor with 14-18psi boost. ~700whp on mustang dyno thru the big converter and Th400. Not real impressive but its a mild build for more street than race and now i wish I would have gone abit more aggressive with it. Mainly swapped to larger/better heads. I hope for 1000 on race gas with 20-22 psi but time will tell.

  • Dude you have one of the best set ups ive seen in a 3rd gen i have a 91 im tring to single turbo it with a carb i have many questions if you would answer them..
