Its true, GTA IV is less popular than Fallout 3.

Fallout 3 was made by bethesda, the people who make The Elder Scrolls, you should have known what to expect. If you dont like

in-depth free-roaming gameplay. Go play another game. Just because you dont like it, doesnt mean that it is the worst game in the world. Apparently, by most peoples opinions, fallout 3 is better than you say it is.

Hmm, let's see the game has a unique 1950's retro futurist setting. The sheer number of cultural references in the game ranging from movies like Full Metal Jacket to books by H.P. Lovecraft and Ray Bradbury. The gameplay is well balanced and just exploring the game's environment is fun.
