Eddie is into the third week of his task to run around the UK. He has already made it from London across to Cardiff, and then up through Wales to the north west of England. In this latest video diary entry, Eddie seems to be settling into his stride, and starting to enjoy his running. But that doesn't mean his journey isn't without danger, and he comes close to having his quest ended by an oblivious motorist.

  • I bet he's carrying that flag, just incase he meets anyone who gets into the 'do you have a flag?' arguement with him

  • I can feel how much you hurt with every step Eddie. How the hell you kep going and did this I will never know but it's just the most fantastic achievement.

  • if he ever decides to do this again can i please have the job of rubbing his legs?????? any maybe the rest of him :)

  • I wonder how much weight he lost and how much more fit he was at the end...an amazing achievement!

  • I don't get how people can dislike this.

  • @zoomflesh You total bellend.

  • You are the Running Man, who would have thought it. I'm impressed Eddie, really impressed.

  • Wow, wow, wow... As if running a marathon a day, 6 days a week, wouldn't be tough enough. Was there really no better way, than along an "A" road? Very scary, indeed! I hope you'll beat all money records for this incredible "performance".

  • Very well done! You're an inspiration to all!

Bit late in the day to say this, but I was always told to face oncoming traffic when walking (or running) on a road without a footpath. I'm sure it used to be in the highway code.

  • Would any of us look that alert and smiley if WE were undertaking this immense feat of endurance.

Endurance for the body, but imagine what its doing to his mind.... it must feel really surreal now. And all those trucks and cars whizzing by? Scary stuff.

  • Keep up the good work Eddie, what you're doing is fantastic :-)
