WOA makes a dam fine barrel. The one I got easliy shoots 1/2 minute groups. The Kriegers are a full on custom barrel.... perhaps a little better but lots more expensive.

the camera doesnt move right? place your mouse on the sight and see how he is failing! :)

Thanks for the demonstration video. I found it very helpful.

@ocabj Sorry, I meant when I switch from sitting to prone. I didn't mean during the string haha that would be awful

I heard WOA makes some good barrels. I guess if they are good enough for CMP matches they would work for what I want.

does it bother you when the sights smack you glasses during recoil?

@bsrman36 Yes. Most people will cheekweld their head back far enough so it's not a factor. I like to get on the sight, and tend to push my glasses back with the rear sight hood. That's why my right lens has scratches at the top. But I also wear different glasses for standing vs sitting/prone. But recently, I have been shooting without glasses for rapid sitting. This of course is discouraged (safety), but eye protection is technically optional in the CMP/NRA High Power rulebook.

@ocabj the last set of videos i took, i didn't record any of my prone shooting because I didn't wear my glasses. My head just naturally slides forward to the sight in prone. Know what I mean? After my rapid sitting I said to myself, "enough of this bull"
The real danger I see in not wearing shooting glasses is when a primer gets pierced. Especially if you're shooting those long 80 gr. in slow prone, your chances of getting a pierced primer go up

@bsrman36 Your head really shouldn't be moving fore/aft during the string. You might want to reanalyze how much pressure you have on the buttstock to your shoulder/arm and the pressure of your cheekweld.

@bsrman36 You can also try to get one of those strap deals that keeps the glasses tight to the head so it doesn't fall forward on the bridge of the nose. I've seen guys tape the glasses to their head (tape on bridge of glasses and forehead) for sitting.

What upper receiver are you using? I was looking at the White Oak Armory 20in Match upper.

@disturbedone5009 White Oak Armament CMP Upper with pinned rear sight modification. I have two I use for matches. I use a Compass Lake rebarreled with a WOA barrel for practice.
