Ok people realize this if the city of Vancouver owns the garden they sure has hell rented a few diesel generators to power a million plus lights that or they cut a sweet deal with the local power company because cities have more connections then your average Joe it's fact

I volunteer my time at local shelters around my hometown, i do my part even while having a job and going to college full-time.
