I didn't say that none are in the Covenant. I said is that since the Hebrews deny that Jesus is the Christ (Messiah), that there is no (re)New Covenant. They believe that there is still only ONE Covenant, the Mosaic.
Either we are still to follow the Old Covenant (in which case Christianity is heresy and blasphemous), or we have a New Covenant.
You still haven't proven your point. So I ask you directly, what proof do you have that the (re)New Covenant is one of obedience?
-
The fact that some of them are waiting for the Covenant does not mean that none of the are in the Covenant. I am in the Covenant.
The Hebrews that are in the Covenant are simply not able to keep the commandments of God yet, and all people look to Him through a thick glass. When we'll see face to face, we'll have a new heart and we'll be able to walk in all the commandments of God.
And the Egyptians who joined with Israel did also keep the commandments of God, it's a prophecy.
-
Then why are you doing what you ask me to not do?
-
The Hebrews are still waiting for the Messiah, so to them, there is no New or Renewed Covenant.
-
Prove it.

@blueskunk12 You are sooooooo wrong to say the new covenant is not based on obedience!!!

@hvacrjohn That is covered in the video: "Nobody is perfect". The sanctification that the Holy Spirit do is in the soul and the body. The Spirit has already been sanctified by Jesus...

How many times was I told that I was depraved and rotten to the core? Millions of times ever since I was three. I'm glad you exposed that lie. What I hear is the Holy Spirit, truth and freedom too.

Thanks for your messages--I am so glad I came across you on Youtube--I am sure people will find something wrong with you and you'll be labelled a heretic--but what I hear is the Holy Spirit and truth and freedom.

Eze 36:26 will be fulfilled in Israel, it is all about Israel. This is literally talking about keeping all of the Mizvot in Torah, all +613, to the ninth degree, as the priestly nation should.
Jeremiah 31:33, same thing.
What this means is that nobody on earth has yet been given a new heart of flesh, the context of these packages is totally different than what you are trying to say.
Besides, "Old Covenant" is a lie! In hebrew the "New" Covenant is "Renewed Covenant" (Jer 31).
I always appreciate it when folks give a reference for the passage(s) they're commenting on. The reference for this subject is Jeremiah 17:9. I have a friendly question for the author of this post. How does the context of this passage relate to the Old Covenant? I interpret this passage as one that relates the age old struggle between flesh and spirit. In this case, putting confidence in the flesh is the issue. That struggle is every bit as prevalent under the New Covenant. What am I missing?

The key is that there is still a struggle between the flesh and the the spirit, but we have the victory over the flesh as we rest in Christ's finished work. (Rom 8:1-2) The old sin nature has died (Rom 6:6) and now we have a new heart, just as God promised through Ezekiel.

Psalm 10:12-14
It may be an old covenant but look at this world.
The hearts of men are still wicked. In the church or not.

Not according to the Apostle Paul.
