One touch passing against a rebounding wall. Start 1.5 meters away and pass the ball three times then continue to pass the ball as you move back to a distance of 2.5 meters, then again to 5 meters. Once you have completed three passes from each distance move back up to the 1.5 meter distance and continue the exercise. Don't ever stop, keep moving forward and backward while passing with the inside of your foot. Concentrate on the proper weight and accuracy of your passing.

just use a wall near your house, and you'll be freaking better thats what i did to perfect my touch.. it actually work didn't believe my dad but he said use the wall outside practice both feet one touch.. and beleive it guys.. or gals.. its FREAKING WORKS>>>
