GARLIC CHICKEN
2 tsp Ching's Secret Red Chili Sauce
2 tbsp Ching's Secret Soy Sauce
200 gm sliced Chicken
1 beaten egg
½ cup corn flour
2 tbsp white wine
1 spring onion, chopped
2 tbsp Garlic chopped
½ tsp Sugar
Oil to Deep Fry
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
Add beaten egg and corn flour to the chicken slices and deep fry. Strain and keep aside Add two table spoons of oil to the frying pan and put it on a medium flame add garlic and cook for about 1 min add the sliced chicken Add all the sauces to the frying pan and mix well Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper Serve hot garnished with spring onions.
