It's a near-fact that he is a poor leader (had to go to Miami and let Wade shoulder the leadership title), and his decision-making in 4th quarter situations of this year's Finals was horrendous. No one is saying he's not a "global icon" or that he isn't great. I am saying, however, that it's unlikely that he'll ever perform up to his potential due to his innate personality traits.

@DetroitBADBOYS123 Believe it or not, it's possible to think Lebron is a goof and still live somewhere else besides Cleveland (SF in my case - Warriors fan). And yes, Bosh is clearly the weak link. But I've never seen a player with with the kind of talent that Lebron possesses fade so pathetically in 4th quarter crunch time like he did in this year's Finals. Whether it's because he lacks a post-game or relies too much on 3s, I don't know; but he clearly underperformed. Truth.
