Norway. The official explanation is a satellite reflecting light.

I believe in ufos because I have seen them myself with my own eyes en several times; BUT those rounds objects on this video are nothing but ice particles wich look like a disk due to the zoom of the camera; there is a video where they show you with other particles how the zoom can make anything look exactly like a disc with a spot in the middle and a little crack just like this video shows.

although I can understand what's going oh here, you need to get your audio and video working together. oh and the jellyfish scene? Is from the tv show SNG!
