I've been sitting on this video for a while, hesitant to share it with you because it's a pretty intimate peek into the thoughts that I battle everyday. But I know that my friends with bi-polar, manic, and seasonal affective disorder are suffering right now: fighting the swing, feeling the dark, getting off their meds, getting into trouble, and, you know, just trying to hang on.
