Abraham - who is Non-Physical Source Energy as translated by Esther Hicks - responds to a question from a lesbian activist who wants to affect social change in a meaningful "downstream" way. Recorded February 9th, 2008 in San Rafael, California.

Esther & Jerry Hicks are the authors of numerous books based on the Teachings of Abraham and their latest book, "Money and The Law of Attraction", reached #1 on the New York Times bestseller list.

@Creevie While Abraham does indeed often speak for Unconditionally Loving Non Physical Source Energy, in other words God, Abraham has also made the distinction that they are Esther's (and to a certain extent Jerry's) particular translation of Divine Consciousness, which - they say - always takes second place to your own "channeling" of God, which they emphasize is ongoing every moment of every day

Thank you Abraham for helping in part to shut up one of the most vocal parts of our society with sound wisdom. As a 'sourced' man I have often thought... "Okay.. but would you please just stop shouting and marching and trying to tear down what I LOVE & Source has called ME to and perhaps then I might be able to hear you and see a different view & be happy for you." If we'd all let go of resisting everything& everyone both sides would turn downstream....wow what a world that will be!! Maktub!

If this doesn't touch one to the deeply burning core what would? Seeing this, the M L K Jr. vid, & the Santa Claus vid- convinced me of the absolute truth of AH.. I cant even imagine the further intense appreciation and joy I'd feel being gay, African American, or a young child.

'Appreciation' and 'gratitude' don't begin to express satisfaction felt in receiving this explosive basic elemental knowledge.. in the delicate tone & manner- the humility- with which Esther communicates it all...

If ever there was a true message that speaks to us gays this is it big time.

so many years of trying to fit in and protests when all along we were keeping ourselves prisoner . We always had the power for a united change by creating the wave of acceptance and not become tired from the struggle against us. I look to the future with more focus then before after this. the message brings clarity to those of us who struggled and suffered in hopes for acceptance. It's a new day and view for me now !!!
