Firstly my thoughts and prayers to the victims of the recent earthquakes in Indonesia and tsunami-hit Samoa.

Here's the final part of Gandalf the Grey series. This time is about painting his sword Glamdring in 2 gradient NMM.

Short video article on this topic can be found here:

  • would this technique work on the plastic model as well?

  • @1madhammer - Definitely. This is a basic method to paint in NMM for beginners.

  • Why you don't use Citadel Warhammer paints ? Are they somehow worse than others?

  • @osiskars -Not worse. Citadel Paints are just most expensive than the rest. They are now made in China too.:)

  • Nice technic, easy to reproduce... but 77% + 33% (2nd shade layer) = 110% ! ;-D

  • Hehehe! I give everything at 110%. My bad, It's mean to be 70/30%. You have eyes of a hawk and ears of a fox. Thanks for pointing that out mate.;D
