Dead End Kids star Billy Halop in a very rare, candid interview from the mid-1960's! Billy gives us the low down on why he and the other kids (with the lone exception of Gabe Dell), didn't get along, and how he found himself despising the name, "Dead End," as a middle-aged man of 48! Good stuff for all Billy and Bowery Boys fans to ponder!

That's Richard Lamparski conducting the interview.

You all have it wrong, Billy Halop played Mr. Munson, the guy who owned the cab that Archie Bunker use to drive to make extra money moonlighting on "All in the Family"

OK problem solved...there was a Burt Mustin who was a veteran actor that portrayed Mr. Quigley. Edith's patient/friend from the nursing home. I always thought I heard Archie call Halop MUNSIE. My mistake. Burt Mustin and Burt Munson are now in heaven looking at this and laughing.
