SHERRY PEEL JACKSON, 45, of Stone Mountain, Georgia, a former IRS Revenue Agent, was sentenced on February 14, 2008 to four years in federal prison, to be followed by one year of supervised release, and was taken into custody immediately after sentencing. JACKSON was convicted by a federal jury on October 30, 2007, after a two-day trial on four counts of failure to file her individual tax returns for the years 2000 to 2003.

@caliNYCdoja I'm freaking shocked. What the hell? That clip seems pretty old on one hand though - and since I've never heard him say anything remotely like that recently, I have to wonder if he has since changed his position on it. The ratification of the 16th Amendment is just simply not up for debate. That holds as much water as challenging the fed because of the whole Jekyl Island conspiracy (which I personally believe it was).

But still am 100% skeptical that taxes are somehow illegal.
