239 means 239ft lbs of pressure if I understood the demonstration correctly.
i think its really great good job dude...one thing though, you should explain what that 239 number means

great video couldn't ask for more, i must say thou that the part where you placed your head while inserting the material still dangerous even thou the hammer was held in place. looks pretty much mechanical to me why is it plugged in.
