    Many thanks for the upload. Youtube is made for this type of thing.My homeboy was previously bullied. He stated he was gonna grow muscle mass. I did not believe him. Til he packed on 40 pounds of natural muscle mass. He used the Muscle Building Bible - Google it. He does not get bullied nowadays. :)

    I signed up the other day. And this guys emails are fucking awesome...
