I believe you're thinking of chris pennie, and no he was not the tour drummer. He drummed on the majority of the wolves tracks. Barker was only on Elephant I believe and he did Mercury for their post release EP. The tour drummer was/is ryan soukkala.

the entire first album and all subsequent live shows were done using a computer (drums wise) but on wolves they used travis barker on a few tracks on the record and a live drummer on tour called chris. hope this was useful info :) x
