Hydro racer thrown from race boat during race

A hydro racer gets pitched sideways heading through some riffles and gets thrown from his race boat. This is the unedited version of the crash. There was actually two wrecks if you watch the top of the video in the rapid above. Another driver was thrown out of his boat also. The hydros were part of the weekend event during the whiter jet boat races. The driver was fine but were thinking his proppler was toast.

For you r information these boats pollute less than you jumping in the river. The only part that has oil in it is the lower unit which hold maybe a cup full of oil. they only draft about 4 inches of water (that is how deep it rides at while on plane) and that is only the prop. I for one would rather hear these boats than your sorry inviro A#@ so if you don't like them go hug a tree and kiss a bunny between the ears while you eat your sprouts and oganic granola.

Experienced seeing a hydrofoil type boat in Kaneohe Bay in Hawaii bump a boat and the second driver fell out. Would have thought a "dead man" switch would have killed it but it kept going towards the shore to spectators and a woman was hurt.
