@shjervenst it shows you have a perfect pair down there

@MrJuico1337 Annunciation - The act of announcing. Close enough.
-
@PcCAvioN Surely you mean enunciation? Sweet sweet almost-irony.

@stillwaiting4godot frame by frame does that with the guitars. The two guitars play the same thing but then one of them skips a note making it cycle one note off until it gets back together. As far as all the players doing different stuff then coming together providence does that, but I'm not a huge fan of that song.

@stillwaiting4godot A lot of their songs are like that, especially the ones from Discipline. The songs usually sound like their in 4/4, but if you look at the individual parts more closely, you can tell that they're all in different time signatures

@supersingerevan - I'm ingenuous with regards to King Crimson, but i was made aware that they were into obscure time signatures. I was told there was one song of theirs that all musicians started playing in different time signatures, but eventually those time signatures all came together eventually. I would like to know if that's true and if so, what song.

I doubt I'd be able to understand the singer if I hadn't already heard BtBaM's cover of this. It's called annunciation, Mr. Belew.

Genius!

A song with three in the title, and the major time signature is 6/8 (2 sets of 3, or a pair of threes). Very smart songwriting :)
