As long as you have a good work ethic and you can do what you're told to without complaining about it, then you'll be accepted.

I hope that someday there will come a time when people are embarrassed by these videos. "What, they had to make a video about gay people's lives getting better? Why did they need to do that? Because gay teens were bullied in school? What kind of idiots would do something like that? That's so mean! It's not like gay kids are different from anyone else!"

I directly said in the video "it doesn't matter if you're gay, STRAIGHT, bisexual, transgender, genderqueer or whatever." It targets gay teens because parents, teachers, and peers all make gay kids feel like they shouldn't be that way. I know it's tough to be picked on by anyone in school, but it's way worse for the gay kids. There's no national movement saying that being a nerd is disgusting and wrong.
