  • I like my soft dimple covered yoga mat for good grip from USAPRO.

  • Thanks for posting this. I have a thicker sticky mat, and when I sweat it starts to itch against my skin. I definitely want to check this out.

  • Going outside and doing yoga on dirt is always an option but I prefer the yoga mat and yoga studios:)

  • The Brahmins would just do it outdoors, or wherever. Yoga mats are a recent western invention. In fact, actively seeking out discomfort took up a large part of the Brahminical ascetic practice, with which yoga was associated.
