@scillage14 Yes, but getting the cube solved is not the point of the PLL attack. You just have to execute the algorithms of the 21 PLL cases in any order you want. In most cases the cube will be not completely solved indeed. Did you understand?

it usually makes my screws start rusting and squeaking and the centers turn really poorly afterwards.

Doesn't the water damage the cube at all or take any lube off?

Yes. You should disassemble your cube after it to dry and lube it again.

It's the execution of the 21 PLL different cases in a row to see how long it takes. PLL is the last step for solving the rubik's cube through the Fridrich method.
