@darkeve1963 - Man... open your ears and your eyes (and read some books or wikipedia at least). Spain was conquered by Arabs for 9 centuries, then Spaniards went to the Americas, then Hispanic Africans (Caribbeans if you wish) went to NY and created salsa (basing on Cuban "son", etc etc). Thus XXth century NY "latino" music and ancient Arabic music is connected!... And the picture... is not European at all! Very frequently geography (Spain) doesn't equals culture (Arabic-Hispanic).

This is Cheb Faudel with Yuri Buenaventura, not cheb Mami. And the illustration is Spanish flamenco which is too distant in background from salsa.
The notion of fusing salsa and rai is very nice. The song is ok, albeit very poor on the lyrics side in both Arabic and Spanish.

@Anavyia That's not true! Flamenco is a mix between Spanish and Arabic music, and Salsa is a mix also between a lot of different musicstyles from different countries! Love it! I was on your sight and listening to "your" music, and it is wonderful!
