A nuclear plant does not mean a nuclear bomb, nobody would allow Armenia to have one. "Metsamor Nuclear Power Plant" was actually supposed to be decommissioned in the 90s. Its one of the oldest and thus one of the most unstable power plants in the world. Its not only a danger to Armenia but entire Caucasus. Also its operated by Russian personnel. Your comment is full of ignorance but for a person who cannot even spell "Caucasus" correctly we cannot expect much.
