Northwestern University "Thriller"

On Feb. 7, 2007, 78 Northwestern students did the "Thriller" dance to be in the Guiness Book of World Records for the most people dancing it at once. This was part of an event preceeding Dance Marathon, the second largest student-run philanthropy in the country. This year DM's beneficiary is CURE (Citizens United for Research in Epilepsy).
(I'm on the right in the front for most of it, in all black with long hair, next to Mark, the guy in white who taught it to all of us. He's awesome!)

What a fantastic site. Toronto Ontario set the Orginal First Guiness World Record in 2006 with just 60 people...This is awesome and in Oct 2009 there will e world wide event. called Thrill The World.

Why didnt you post the video the camera man was shooting?
That way we wouldnt have seen him in the shot for over a minute and a half :-(

because I don't have it. Several news stations filmed it, but no one showed it in its entirety on TV...like only 10 seconds or so with a brief story about it. This is the only full length video that I'm aware of :-/
